Saudi Arabia has introduced a property linked pathway to allow foreign property owners to secure long term premium residency under its newly launched foreign property ownership law.
Non Saudis must own residential property which is fully developed, mortgage-free, and worth at least SAR 4 million.
The residency allows family sponsorship, freedom to work, visa free travel, and long term stability as long as property ownership conditions are maintained.
