Saudi Arabia is pushing real estate innovation with the approval of a new Real Estate Sandbox framework.
Approved by the Real Estate General Authority, the framework also includes updates to the Owners Association Law to boost market efficiency.
It also aims to strengthen governance, protect stakeholder rights, and support a more mature and sustainable real estate sector aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 goals.
